A missing episode from Series 1 of Boyd QC, entitled 'The Open and Shut Case' has been recovered (and in part paid for by money raised through this site's Products page) and will be screened at Missing Believed Wiped this year.

 

The episode, originally screened 11.02.57 features Honor Blackman and Desmond Llewelyn

and is now the earliest episode of the series known to survive.
