The Doctor has inhabited uncounted personas. Forgotten Lives introduced us to eight of these, glimpsed long ago during a psychic deathmatch with a re-embodied tyrant. A scholar, a detective, an inventor, an adventurer, a statesman, a trickster, a warrior, a showman — each one of them, at hearts, the Doctor we already knew. Forgotten Lives 2 built on that beginning, to show new sides to these all but forgotten men.
